This apartment is in the Montierra Apartments. There is an older gentleman who lives here that my wife and I got along with VERY well. He's a great guy. My wife and I are moving to Australia and we need someone to take over our lease. Internet is included in the rent cost and you'd split utilities with the existing roommate. This apartment has been amazing, and we'd stay here a lot longer if my job wasn't relocating me to Australia.
1st floor unit, very easy access to the unit from parking.
The complex itself has been great too. Maintenance responds quickly and the property managers have been very accommodating.
Couples are OK - but please be respectful of having a roommate.
