Room for Rent in Coconut Grove!

Hi! I have a room available in the heart of Coconut Grove, Miami, FL.. Great location, everything is within walking distance, restaurants, grocery, close to the water, it's a very local and friendly area. A car is not necessary, especially if you work remotely. The apartment is a , my roommate is moving out, I occupy one of the rooms and the other room will be available July 1st.

The room will be unfurnished, however the rest of the apartment is entirely furnished. If you have other furniture that you wish to bring, I have no issue switching out some items so you can bring it. I do not have a preference whether male/female, sexual preference/orientation, friendly, however I do not anymore. I’m just looking for someone respectful, I can get along with and no drama.

About me: My name is Kristen, I am a year old female. I grew up in Miami, I moved away for awhile but I’ve been back in Miami since Covid. I work in the Grove, I love the aviation industry and love to travel. I do have a cat, his name is Yoda, he's my little dude. Pets are welcome, I’m an animal lover, so the more the merrier! Love the beach, fishing, paddleboarding, skiing..really anything nature related and active.
