Private room with semi private bathroom, only used if guests stop by.
Single occupant only, no pets, no drugs, and no smoking. Must work outside the home. Street parking, all utilities included. There are two small children in the home, one which is only here 2 times a week and the other is 8 months so must be ok with kids. We also have a cat who keeps to himself so no more pets. You would have access to laundry, house, yard and storage in the garage. Please contact for more information.
