Text me We’re a laid-back couple renting out a furnished private room in our home. Ideal for a respectful, responsible tenant who’s cool with our mellow lifestyle and light home upgrades.

📍 Details:
• $/month for 1 person (higher if more)
• 6-month lease
• Twin bed (or two), desk, nightstand – or bring your own furniture
• High-speed Wi-Fi, electricity, water, trash included
• Shared bathroom, kitchen, living room
• Washer/dryer use one day/week

🧼 Expectations:
• You’re responsible for keeping your room and common areas clean
• No nicotine smoking or vaping on the property (marijuana okay – we have medical cards)
• Guests are allowed but must stay in your room only

🐾 Pets:
• We have a dog (friendly!)
• No additional pets except small caged animals (by request)

🚽 Special Note:

Our home is on a septic system. You must use septic-safe TP and cleaning products. Absolutely no wipes, feminine products, or food down the drain. Damage caused by improper use will result in deposit loss and lease termination.
