Room with private bath

Description

I am looking for a roommate. I live in a newly built townhouse. It is a private room with a private bathroom and my townhouse overlooks a beautiful lake. Everything is brand new.

Washer, dryer, and utilities (water, electricity, internet), are included. The whole house has a water filtration system + alkaline water in the kitchen.

I am a responsible, clean and tidy person. I like to follow and enforce rules to make living together wil be an excellent experience for both.

No pets allowed. No smoking inside the property but there is a beautiful terrace to do so.


I’m looking for a responsible and quiet roommate to share my townhouse. The available room is comfortable, has good natural lighting and access to a private bathroom.

The house is located in a safe and quiet area, with parking, equipped kitchen, laundry at home and pleasant common areas.
