Hey everyone,

I’m an incoming freshman at Texas A&M, majoring in Engineering, and I’m looking for a roommate to split a bath Classic B unit at North. It’s a -month lease, rent is about $ (including utilities) a month each, and if you have a car, you can get parking for an extra fee.

The apartment has two private bedrooms with their own bathrooms, a decent-sized living room and kitchen with all the basic appliances, and an in-unit washer and dryer. The complex itself has a pool, gym, and some nice study spaces — pretty convenient for student life.

A little about me: I’m pretty laid-back, clean but not overly strict about it, and respectful of personal space. I’m hoping to find someone who’s easy to get along with, reliable, and down to make the year smooth and comfortable for both of us.
