Room for Rent starting July 1st

looking for a responsible roommate to move in july 1st!!!

Rent is a month utilities are about $ a month!

- Shared bathroom (you'll get your own sink and storage)
- Lease is till December with an option to renew Features:
- Huge backyard
- You'll have a parking spot
- Huge kitchen with open floor plan
- Laundry in unit
We are 3 girls all in our mid-late twenties, and work full time. One of the girls has a son () and he lives with us but hes respectful and keeps to himself. (no more kids)

We also have 2 cats, no more pets allowed!
We keep the common areas clean, and are / LGBTQ+ friendly

During our free time you’ll find us either cooking, going on walks, doing hot yoga, going to the beach or even dancing at the Latin clubs or house shows/festivals (but it’s very rare that we bring the party home and we would like to limit that)
