This is nice updated 2nd floor living area in a large house in the Hi-Pointe neighborhood right off Highway & McCausland Ave Centrally located across the street from Forest Park with grocery store, gas station, fitness center, hospital, fire station, banks, bars, restaurants all within walking distance...some only seconds away!

The 2nd floor of this home has updated flooring, windows, baseboards, paint, interior doors, lighting, updated kitchen, granite countertops. Washer and Dryer in basement of house - free to use, no charge. Dishwasher and garbage disposal, and ceiling fan in bedroom and den/kitchen area. The house actually has 2 full kitchens, 2 full baths - one upstairs and on main level.

Looking for a clean, and respectful roommate to take over the 2 last upper floor bedrooms that are available. I have pictured the just one bedroom, but they mirror each so size is the same and they will be available August 1st.

This is a non-smoking home and no cats or dogs allowed. A background check & credit check will be required for $ total to run.

This is a safe and friendly neighborhood with easy free street parking. Fenced in backyard with a smoker. Front porch is great for relaxing on.
