looking to sign a lease together!

hey guys my name's tia! I'm a year old radiology student and part time pharmacy technician. I'm looking for someone female and around my age to sign a lease together for a B apartment at the Horizon at Tallassee apartments in athens, ga for late july or august 1. I included 2 layouts in the images that we can of course decide on together and go tour. I'm putting forth $ more per month for the master so please take that into consideration if you message me! looking for someone chill, responsible and considerate when it comes to sharing a living space. I've had roommates in the past and know what it takes to work together to make a home feel like home and just want someone similar! my school and work schedule is pretty non-stop so you'll have the place to yourself during the day basically every day and when I'm home I'll be studying or watching tv. I don't mind pets (just 1 please), don't mind guests (as long as they're respectful, not moving in, and my guests would be the same), friendly, but no kids please! good energy only!!!
