Private room for rent in basement

Hi, my name is Sophia.I have a furnished basement bedroom available for rent in my house in the South Denver/Littleton area immediately! The entire basement will be your living space (though I will need access to the laundry room once a week!). The bedroom is equipped with a full size bed, dresser, desk, and a closet. There are also two living spaces that would be perfect for a TV and sofa. There is a private bathroom and shared kitchen upstairs, as well as a huge backyard.

I’m in my late s and work remotely full time so am home for most of the day, though I do go to the barn often to see my horse. I have a dog and a cat and am open to another dog as long as everyone gets along. I mostly keep to myself and am looking for someone who will respect that and clean up after themselves.
