Looking for a third roommate for the school year who is a Ohio State University Student. The house is located at E Patterson Ave in Columbus. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and has been renovated fairly recently. There is in house laundry as well as parking out back. It is about a minute walk and a minute drive to campus.

To introduce myself, I'm Rich Powe, I am a fourth year Industrial Systems Engineering Major. The other roommate is Drew Heckler who is also a fourth year and a Business Major (Operations Management/Marketing) We enjoy hanging around the house playing video games, listening to music, watching sports, and occasionally going out.

Looking for a roommate who is fairly clean, chill, and friendly.

Rent is $ a person plus utilities.
