How sad am I! This is the first time in 5 years that I will be looking for a new tenant for this room. My tenant is moving back to Turkey so here I am posting his room. Furnished room in a home includes heat, hot water, laundry in unit, wifi, shared bath with 2 others. Excellent for hospital/research employees, one block away from free Partners shuttle to Longwood Medical area and also walking distance in good weather. My post docs stay for as many years as they are in Boston. I have had people from all over the world and have managed to tailor the lease agreement to their needs. Minimum 6 months but negotiable. Many hospital and lab workers have stayed here and loved the location. Around the corner from the train, D green line. Use of fully operational kitchen. All prospective tenants must be able to video for an interview at which time I will show the room live, and be able use electronic payments system.
