Looking urgently for a female student roommate for my bath ( sq ft, prefurnished) apartment in Lexington Crossing from August ! Move-in can start after July .

Unit details: On the ground floor. Personal bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and closets–all separate, no shared bathrooms or bedrooms. Also has a kitchen, laundry room, living room and small patio. This apartment is pre-furnished (couches, coffee table, table and chairs, TV, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, bed frame with mattress, office desk, nightstand, large drawer) with no pets allowed that live outside of a cage (because it’s pre-furnished). In-unit washing machine and dryer. Free parking and high-speed internet included. Also comes with wooden flooring

Lease details: We will be splitting the total rent ($) by half, so you will be $ per month. Utilities are ~$ total a month, which you will be half of (~$). This apartment also offers Flex Rent, which allows you to split your rent into smaller payments. You will have to pay a fee of $ in order to start the sublease and you must pay July’s rent before moving in ($), but there is no security deposit. I’ve also received a $ gift as part of my lease renewal and I’m willing to share it with you!

Other bonuses: As of recently, a direct campus shuttle service during the Fall and Spring semesters (Reitz Union bus loop) and access to the RTS #9 bus route that goes to campus. The apartment clubhouse has access to: a small gym, a pool, communal computers with a printer, quiet study spaces, a pool table and an indoor mail room.
