Recap post. Still looking for roomates. My brother and I are both active, workout, outdoors, go out on the town… a little bit of everything. Looking for roomates with similar interests.

My brother and I want to move into the Avalon apartments in Inver Grove Heights for a year lease. 4 bed, 4 bath. Looking for 2 roommates. Reasonable rent in brand new apartments. Living room area and kitchen can come furnished. Complex has a pool, speakeasy, pickleball court, gym, golf simulator, climate controlled parking, and more. Every door is able to be locked and unlocked with cell phone. Awesome place!! $600 for rent. Unsure about other fees at this time. Wanting to move in potentially in July/August. He works for the complex's maintenance company and I’m a registered nurse.

Give the Inver Grove Heights Avalon Apartments a look online. It is new so there are not many pictures available at the time, very nice though !
