Roommate Wanted; Close to ASU

Hi, I am a senior at Asu. My roommate and I will begin to lease a 3-bedroom house, very close to Tempe campus starting July 1st. Super affordable cost at base rent, the place has plenty of space for all of us, with a clean layout. We are looking for an extra roommate to have a full house of guys so a male preferably.

We are looking for someone who doesn't mind company over at times and can cope with a fun atmosphere. If you are friendly you can get along just fine; we are very welcoming so being kind matters, everyone must be clean. And the move in date would be July 1st, but we are flexible with any move in date within that month.
