Ferndale Queer / Neurodivergent friendly, artist prefferred!!! (I dont care your level!! I love to craft and the walls are covered in random art and needs much more! please help me!)

nonbinary. Comes with additional office space/storage space. long closet. Laundry on . 2 story house. Bathroom is shared between 1 other person. (me) 3 cats (so unfortunately, no more) LGBTQ friendly. Very chill and everyone is mostly kept to themselves. We all like playing video games. We have a small yard with a fire pit. A small deck. Garage. Shared living room but currently there is no TV so its never really used.

-Would like to do an interview before tour.

-Weed is smoked indoors, in personal rooms - very rarely in shared spaces.

-You would be joining our lease and our landlord has additional requirements for you to go over as well.

-Room will be vacant/unfurnished and painted white (unless you dont mind the paint job) before you move in. It needs to be white before we move out, however!

-Utilities are shared equally and are ~$/m
