Gay couple looking for roommate (LGBT or ally) asap to share a 2 BR/
BA apartment with! Short term or long term is welcome. The room dimension is , has a nicely sized closet and large enough to fit a king bed comfortably. We have a bed available for use if needed. The rooms are carpeted but the rest of the space has hard wood floors. No central air but apartment stays cool a majority of the time. The windows can fit a window unit if needed. There is a shared linen closet for storage and additional storage can be requested through the building management company for an additional cost. We have a washer and dryer, dishwasher and also a refrigerator we can share. If interested, please note that there is a application form that needs to be filled out and a cash or check for $ light background check (nothing too invasive but need to show up to 6 months of income proof ex. Pay stubs, disability payment history, etc.) and proof of ID is needed. We will also split the cost of utilities but that can be discussed in person.
