I’m looking to rent a room in my house. bath house. Currently a friend / coworker is living in the 3rd room but she is moving by end of July and I am not planning to rent out her room. Just keep it open as a spare room

House is near th and El Cajon blvd. Close to grocery, coffeee, and freeway! Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of street parking.

I’m gay. My fiancé lives on Colombia and will come here toward the end of the year but for now it will just be me. Once my friend leaves next week you will have your own bathroom.

I’m a flight attendant and I’m not here often. nights a week usually. So the place is pretty quiet.

I have a pug. She is sweet and has a dog door. Dog feeder. She loves attention and walks but it’s not required. So no other pets.

Looking for professional, clean person to share the house with. Just a single person. No couples please.

House has washer / dryer. Full kitchen. Is furnished. The room is unfurnished. Also the room has a sliding door to the back yard which is great for private entrance.

Rent is $. Deposit is $. Would love to find someone long term. Room is available now. I’ll be gone most of July. So would be nice to rent it before I leave.
