Hi, looking for a FEMALE ONLY, clean, polite and respectful roommate. The room is in Pompano Beach. The monthly rent is $ with all utilities included in this price. The room is available June onward. Month to month. The property is newly renovated inside. Close to many shopping stores and 7 minutes from the beach. Clean, cosy and has a large pool that I'm happy to share :) I have space for one car to be shared on the driveway. You can be sure it will be a calm and friendly space to reside in as long as you are respectful of the house rules.

I am an easygoing, friendly and polite. But I am looking for a respectful and trustworthy roommate. I will do verification checks prior to meeting in person. So if you are not willing to comply, do not message with requests. I love all animals (as long as they are looked after, friendly and respectful of my property). I work professional business hours and like to relax and chill out on the weekends. Need someone who won't keep me up at night and is respectful of quiet hours especially during the week days.
