My name is Joey, and I’m looking for a room to rent in Orange County for 1k/month or less — under 1k would be even better. I’ve been renting at the same place in Costa Mesa for the past 8 years, but need to move as soon as possible due to the owner repurposing the property.

I’d love to find a place in Orange County no further north than Huntington Beach, but I’m open to other options for the right fit. month-to-month, short-term, or longer-term are all fine.
