Looking for a clean, organized, responsible, and respectful person. For one person. No pets, no parties, and no smoking allowed of any kind.
Private room in the back of the garage with private (side entrance).
Shared bathroom (guest bathroom shared with visits, no other tenants).
The person would have space available for their use (in a fridge and freezer).
Also, access to the kitchen (we prefer light use).
Utilities included.
Parking is available in the street (enough space, no problem at all).
Furnished room: comes with a queen-size bed, nightstand, sofa, and a dresser with drawers.

About the house: Family home, non-smoking, no parties, with a baby in a quiet and friendly neighborhood.
