Private Bedroom for Rent

Hello! I’m looking for roommates to team up with for a house close-ish to Mira Mesa, where I work. I would prefer those looking to stay on for long term instead of a revolving door of roommates, I would like to create a home for us to each feel comfortable in and have some sort of community – I don’t need to be your bestie, but I also don’t want to stay strangers once we live together. Looking for people that can take care of their own things, are easy going, and drama free. I’m ok with the occasionally party and overnight guests. I do prefer no tobacco smoked in the house and no other pets – but this is negotiable if they’re behaved. I have an ESA cat, she’s not mean but prefers other animals to keep their distance. I am open to students or professionals and to any age as long as we can get along well. My lease is up mid-August, but I’m happy to sign on by August 1st. About me: I’m a 3-year transplant from TX, so my current community here is fairly small still. I’m a crafty little nerd with way too many hobbies. I have a growing collection of board games, TTRPGs, craft supplies/tools, and books that I am happy to share with interested roommates. I’m a fairly laid-back person and I prefer honest communication to just sucking things up and living with them. I’m not a great cook, but I do have a few comfort foods and baked goods I’m pretty proud of and not opposed to sharing meals. My cat, Barbara Gordon, is a registered ESA. She’s more on the shy side at first and I would prefer either an ensuite bathroom for her litterbox or the ability for her to roam full-time so that I do not have to keep her litterbox in my bedroom. It’s a large automatic box. I use natural litter and deodorizers to minimize smell & other reactions. I already have a plan with AT&T fiber that I can move with me and even upgrade if desired.I work in Commercial Real Estate at a Brokerage firm, I’m in office M-F, .
