2 rooms in northside neighborhood

Description

I have two rooms available, per room.
I do travel work so I’m gone majority of the time, Essentially the two other rooms are unfurnished, and the only real furniture I have at the moment is a couch and a tv in the living room. the master bed and bath are mine and I currently have tools and stuff like that in the garage, I usually only come by on the weekends to do some work or bring furniture. The utilities and internet are all in my name and we can go over the split if chosen to move in.
Preferably I’d like someone clean and not anyone I have to worry about not taking care of the room and other parts of the house
