We're a house of chill, queer/queer-friendly folks, looking for someone who's lived with roommates previously, and who ideally doesn't cook on a daily basis (small kitchen). You'd be living with three other roommates ( M) in their late twenties to mid thirties. We also have one ESA cat, though he is currently missing as of 😢

! Point of note: a larger room will be opening up around the end of the summer, and you'd be welcome to take over that spot when it does.

Cleaning up after yourself and sharing monthly cleaning tasks is a must; we like to keep the common spaces in the house (mostly) tidy. House quiet hours after PM.

Periodic guests are welcome, and theoretically gatherings are too, but they happen pretty infrequently

Basement and shed storage and backyard area, in-house washer and dryer units. Street parking.

No couples; this room is only available for one individual. Move in between now and July 1
