Description

Two rooms available in a three bedroom walk up in Chinatown. The home is up two flights of stairs and has two stories. On the first floor is the kitchen, a shared space, the laundry, and my bedroom. On the second floor are two bedrooms, of unequal size. The smaller is $ hundred a month and the larger is $ hundred a month. The upstairs has two full baths and another shared space (some of which can be dedicated for whoever has the smaller room). I’m a thirty- year old professional non-binary/genderqueer person, so roommates must be LGBTQ+ friendly. The house has one cat and that’s all it can have. a month. All utilities extra and shared between the roommates. I’m a firm believer in clear and open communication. Let’s have a coffee or tea together and find out if we want to share living expenses in this recession. I cook a lot, and eat meat, so vegetarians who are sensitive to meaty smells are not a good fit.
I’m open to people of all adult ages and races, please note I don’t suffer fools or bigots. I will happily text you videos of the apartment and rooms and we can go visit the property together with the landlord or property manager. This place doesn’t want us to share digits, because then we wouldn’t be stuck with the scammy fees, but i do think the quickest way to find out if we are compatible is to have a conversation.
