A private room in a quiet, centrally located Tierrasanta, near Snapdragon Stadium, Convoy District, SDSU, and minutes from UCSD, close to Hillcrest, North Park. Ideal for a full-time student or full-time working professional. Rent is $ month including utilities. baths single home with backyard to relax. Looking for a clean, quiet and respectful roommate. No drugs. The room is ’ & furnished. Full access to the kitchen, living room, dining room and backyard. Plenty of parking spaces are on in front of the house.
My son and I are currently rent this house. I stay in the master and travel most of the year. The hallway bathroom will be your own bathroom and is only shared with my son when I am in town (for about a few months). You have your own bath and my son will use my master bath when I am out of town for most of the year. Basically, you share the entire house with my -year-old son for almost entire year.
Credit and background check plus proof of income will be done. Available now. I prefer a long-term tenant, minimum months but not required.
