Nice and relatively newer unit / building, conveniently central location, in-unit washer/dryer, open balcony, amazing gym & pool area, super chill and fun (but also very respectful) vibes. Room is available starting (possibly as soon as ). Total lease term is also flexible. Asking price for move-in is 2 month’s rent (1st month and 1-month refundable security deposit).
