We have a single room opening up end of July/Aug in North Hollywood. It is the master bedroom and has its own bathroom. It is $ a month and there is a $ tenant swap fee, and a $ application fee, along with a $ security fee.

There are two tandem parking spots in the back that we share and plenty of street parking in the neighborhood.

You will be living with me () and two current roommates, Helen and April (both ). Helen works from home during the week and is active in Jujitsu and other things. April works her little ass off at two part time jobs, and loves to go out and dance and have a great time. I work in fashion and I love books and movies. We also will just hang out and watch some shows together and would love to find someone else down for that. We are all pretty laid back and chill, and are , and LGBTQ friendly.
