Description

Private room with shared bathroom in a house in Culver City/Palms. The room is about sq ft, but the house is a rare find for the price, especially in West LA! We have a front porch, driveway, a spacious living room and kitchen, in-unit laundry, up and down internet speed, no pets allowed according to the landlord, and we even have a small side yard. The room will be available in late July, and we're looking for someone to move in by August 1.

The location is fantastic—walking distance to shopping and restaurants on Venice Blvd, about a mile to the freeways, with a rapid bus to UCLA/Westwood and the Metro E Line. The property is also rent controlled.

Roommates are Matthew and Brandon, two guys in our late s working in film, so creatives are very welcome
