Hi, my name is Alicia and am looking for a roommate by the beginning of August. I have a large, new custom, three level home on almost .5 acres of land in Vancouver WA, I call “The Treehouse”. Surrounded by complete serenity, nature and various wildlife, a backyard view of Mt. Saint Helens within the suburbs. Only minutes from Portland, PDX and Peace Health medical hospital, in a quiet and safe neighborhood. I’m looking for a responsible, quiet, clean person that doesn’t mind dogs. I have small dogs that are super sweet and stay on the lower levels and travel with them often. My wonderful, professional roommate, lives on the upper level and only uses his master bedroom/bathroom and washer/dryer space. He has a very sweet, large, poodle/sheep dog that gets along with all dogs. The upper level rental bedroom, living room and bathroom, is completely furnished, exceptionally clean and in move in ready condition the beginning of August. I CAN ALSO CHANGE THE BEDDING DECOR TO MORE FEMININE COLORS. All furniture, bedding and bathroom supplies are new and clean. This house is immaculate and has everything you could want or need. I’m a biologist, quiet, easy going, like to keep my house clean and travel often. Rent includes a furnished bedroom, large closet, large bathroom with two sinks, upper living room with large TV, streaming, wifi, utilities, new washer/dryer, kitchen, reverse osmosis purified drinking water, pantry, fridge, deck, yard, Air Doctor purifiers, shower water filter, house keys with a bedroom lock and outside, private off street parking. I have only one neighbor across from me who is a wonderful couple, kind and respectful. My home also has outside motion lights and cameras for added security. I can start with a month to month lease or a one year lease. All smoking is outside only and a $1K refundable rental deposit is required. Looking for single tenant only and will consider one house trained, friendly pet.
