A large quiet house in a family estate suitable for ONE FEMALE only. Freshly decorated double bedroom on ground floor wooden flooring and an adjoining toilet next door.

Our house is a 2 minute walk to Johnstown Village, a min walk to the bus stop for NX Express bus to Dublin and Navan town centre and the bus to the airport. Buses run regularly in and out of Dublin City centre so it is suitable for Commuting. Navan is 3kms away and buses run regularly.

This cosy room contains a double bed with a large wardrobe and large chest of drawers so there is a good amount of storage. All of the house is recently redecorated. Use of shared main bathroom with a power shower and use of the adjoining guest toilet close to this room.

You’ll be sharing the bathroom, kitchen, utility room and living room with 3 other females and a friendly cat. You must like cats :)

Weekly cleaning is provided for all shared spaces included in the rent.

All other utility bills are an additional fee to the rent quoted.
