Looking for a female roommate for a 1 bedroom available in a very spacious bathroom apartment in Chelsea. The room is north facing with lots of natural light. The building has a live-in super, elevator, amazon Hub, and laundry on premises. Apartment with lots of closet/storage space and big living area as well as dining/kitchen area. Lots of kitchen cabinet space. Large refrigerator, built in dishwasher, full size stove with oven, microwave. I have fully furnished the living room and kitchen, so you would only need to furnish your room. You will also have a large closet in the living room for yourself in addition to half of the entrance coat closet. ConED and WiFI are split . I have a small pup who's very friendly and hypoallergenic :)
The neighborhood is great, walking distance to amazing restaurants and bars.
I'm pretty easy to get along with so added bonus if I gain not only a roomie, but a new friend. It's a September 1st move in but lease needs to be signed by beginning of July! Security deposit is $. Monthly rent is $% utilities.
