Hi everyone! My name is Anny, and I’m a third-year graduate student looking for roommates to sublease for the summer at Costa Verde starting mid-late June/early July. I prefer those who are female-identifying, clean, quiet and tidy. Graduate students are preferred, but open to undergrads as well if they are a good fit. No couples or pets.


I have a single available with a shared bathroom with a rent of $ not including utilities, which has been an average of $ per month per person. I am willing to negotiate to fit your budget though!
