Renting my furnished room on month to month time basis.
The price is $ including all utilities and parking spot after I move out. Available date is July 1th.
*Only first month and deposit of $ required*
Room is furnished. Laundry is in the building. Also off street parking is available.

5 minutes walk to Wollaston T station. In walking distance to the post office, banks, grocery stores, CVS, restaurants and many more in the area. minutes walk to the Wollaston beach. Safe, peaceful and beautiful area!
Students or young professionals are welcomed. No pets allowed .. sorry.
