Hey everybody, my name is David. I am currently a student at USF and will be graduating in August. My roommate is leaving, but I will be staying and need someone to fill the room. The property is located in "The New Falls at Tampa," conveniently situated just off I-. The University of South Florida (USF) is only four minutes away, and there are plenty of shopping and dining options nearby, along with Busch Gardens.
The room features its own bathroom and a walk-in closet, and the unit is equipped with a washer and dryer. Utilities such as water, electricity, and internet are included in the rent. $ a month. The room is unfurnished and the common areas are bare, so bring whatever. The room still contains the shelves shown in the pictures, but they can be removed upon request.
I am generally quiet and reserved. All I ask is that the common areas remain clean.
