Looking for a roommate

Looking for a roommate to team up and find a nice apartment. Ideal situation is someone very well rounded and open to being friends, if you think you might be socially awkward to the point where that isn't possible, I don't think it'd be a comfortable living situation unless we can both be good vibes and hang out in common spaces daily. Must be a nonsmoker and have no pets. I don't smoke, drink very little (if at all), and am chill and laid back. You must be on the clean side; I like things tidy and the place to smell fresh and have no odors. Ideally wanting to move into VIDA or a similar newer apartment complex that is professionally run. You would need to be comfortable with the same budget splitting everything without financial issues (likely around or over a thousand a month), I'm sure they check credit history so good credit and responsible. I only want an apartment that has two separate bathrooms. Hit me up if you think you'd be a good roommate and want to be a team and pick out a nice apartment and have a good, considerate, reliable roomie/friend to share a living situation with. I have one elderly cat who would just be sleeping in my room most of the time. I prefer someone either nonpolitical or a democrat/liberal.
