I’m looking for a friendly and respectful roommate to share my -bath apartment in West Sacramento. The master bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom is available. The room is unfurnished, and you’ll be sharing the apartment with me —laid-back, respectful and easy to get along with. I'm looking for someone similar with good vibes to share the space.

This cozy apartment located directly across the A’s Ballpark and just a 5-minute walk over the Gold Tower Bridge to Old Sacramento. It’s a great location for enjoying everything the city has to offer—whether you're into sports, food, or riverfront views.

Enjoy summer evenings on the balcony with front-row seats to fireworks from A’s and RiverCats games. Local favorites like Burgers and Brews, Drake’s Barn. The DOCO/Golden 1 Center are just minutes away for dining, shopping, and entertainment.

Right next door there's the Tree House Café where you can get a morning latte or take a stroll at the River Walk Park across the street.
