Hi there — I’m in the midst of a life transition & seeking a grounded, emotionally safe space to land as I move forward with intention. I’m relocating from a shared apartment post-breakup & looking for a cat-friendly home — ideally my own space, but I’m open to the right roommate fit if there’s mutual respect and ease.

I’m an intuitive, expressive person who values honesty, kindness, and clear communication. I work full-time in office in Cap Hill but WFH from time to time. I am open to Arvada, Wheat Ridge, Cherry Hills, Greenwood Village, Centennial, Cherry Creek, or nearby areas.

At home, I’m warm, vibrant, and emotionally aware — I love deep conversations, music, creativity, & cozy comforts. I’m also clean, considerate, & value living with care — someone who notices energy & brings good intentions into shared space.

I’m looking for something around $/month with in-unit laundry. I have a cat (ESA documentation ready). I’m open to short-term or sublet options as I may relocate in the future.
