Upstairs has den/loft room that functions as an office / reading area (comfortably fits two work stations) and the remaining (“3rd bedroom”) is a rec room/home gym/seasonal storage room, and goes out to the second private deck.

Unit is in close proximity to restaurants and bars up and down Roscoe Street (near Damen and Roscoe), multiple grocery stores within .mi radius as well.
