Hello! I am looking for a roommate for my bath in Lower Mills starting September . I am looking for a female professional in their *late s* to live with me and my little dog! Rent is $ per month. Utilities are usually ~ $ per person. Please include your age and something about yourself in :)

• Second floor apartment, but it’s a flight of stairs up from the street (not wheelchair accessible)
• Directly across from the Butler Station train stop
• Dishwasher + laundry
• I have a dog so no pets unfortunately):
• Free ample street parking

There’s a full-size kitchen, full bath, a sunny living room, backdoor patio, and some basement storage. There's room to bring some furniture. The apartment will be fully furnished minus your room!
