Hello, my roomate Sarah and I are looking for a new Tennant to fill the first room in our three bedroom home in Huntington beach. The room is a tenxnine , tile floor, fan and closet. We have great beach breezes and the house doesn't have ac currently. We have been friends since kindergarten and we value our peace and safety. We would like someone who matches that. There is bird and dog currently in the home. We have a big back and front yard with flowers and vegetables that you are free to eat. Rent is thirteen hundred and that includes everything. Tons of street parking for you our front. The driveway is used by me and the grooming trailer that parks there everyday. Full kitchen use we have pots pans utensils plates ect. You can use our things to cook. The bathroom is shared with 1 female + guests. I shower at night and never over occupy the bathroom. We both work full time. No drugs, or smoking period. overnight guests need approval. We rarely if ever have them. We are not a party house at all. We have friends and family come visit on weekends but its not all the time.
