I am offering a private room, with a new Sealy Posturepedic full-size bed, Desk, overhead fan, plantation shutters, hardwood floors, mini refrigerator end table use of the Kitchen(no oven or stove top) I have a convection oven/air fryer combe to use, use of Dining room, Front and backyard Living room, I am looking for preferably an active person who is a professional with a f/t M-F type of daytime job away from home since I'm retired. NO use of drugs or smokes. (Including Vape) Only Serious Inquiries, please! Wifi, Washer, Dryer use plenty of parking, fwy friendly, walk to 6 different parks!! All utilities included, including, gardener, house cleaning(Common areas) Pool man....
Since my house is fully furnished I need someone with just bedroom stuff.
