Single bedroom with shared bathroom two current roommates, Sydni (she/her ) and Darby (any pronouns ) they are anime lovers and nerds both super nice people I lived with them for two years some of my best friends I had to move due to a family emergency and so I need my room filled and someone to take over the $ a month and utilities usually round out to around $. We split them evenly! we rent from one single woman not a company and I’ve loved this house the entire time I’ve lived in it. He’s a little shy, but other than that he’s a very good boy so dogs are welcome but he has a difficult time adjusting to cats. He’s done it before in the past and has lived with cats before, but it took several months of separation and warming them up to each other, so ideally no cats. The backyard is fully fenced in and we pay someone to do the lawn work if you have the physical capabilities to do lawn work or enjoy doing that that would be an awesome bonus!
