$/month rent includes WiFi, Netflix, Internet TV, water, gas, trash service. Electricity will be split . Security deposit of $ due at lease signing and 1st month’s rent due before move-in. Rent will be prorated if you move in any day other than the 1st of the month.

I’m female, clean, quiet, considerate and work from home. Would love to share my condo with someone who is employed or otherwise occupied outside the home during business hours, prompt with rent, quiet, considerate and looking to rent for at least 6 months. Home is very clean and it’s important that you do your share to keep it that way. Decent credit and references required. No pets, partiers, or frequent overnight guests please, and definitely no drama! Best fit is someone with an active life who would just like a peaceful home in which to unwind after a busy day.
