Looking for roommate in Edgewater!

Description

I’m on the lookout for a friendly male roommate to take over the second room in my cozy apartment in Edgewater. It’s in a fantastic and walkable location, right across from Margaret Pace Park. You’ll find plenty of restaurants, gyms, and stores nearby. The apartment offers breathtaking views of the water and the park.

Rent is $ depending on if you will be using a parking spot or not. The room already has a bed, mattress and and tv stand, but we can move those if you are bringing your own

About me: I’m and work in tech. I work from home because of my job. I’m friendly, clean, and easy to get along with. I’m an extrovert, but I also enjoy spending time alone to work on my projects. I’m looking for someone with similar vibes.

PS: I used to live with a medical student doing residency, so brownie points if that’s your line of work.
