The room and entire apartment is FULLY furnished(even towels, linens, dishes, cookware, appliances and nicely furnished). Bedroom includes queen bed, dresser and large computer desk. Includes ALL utilities, nice airy patio deck, washer/dryer, streaming TV and Wi-Fi. I enjoy cooking so all dinners and groceries may be included. Street parking can be a challenge so you won't need a car, I'm available to transport you to shopping, medical appointments, etc. Apartment has 2 nice furnished bedrooms, 1 spacious bath with a huge walk in shower with support bars and fold-down bench. I am very easy going as long as you are into keeping up with general cleanliness of the apartment.
