Looking for professionals, or musical friend(s) who may want to jam or record music with me, or on their own. I'm cool if you bring friends over, etc. The area is nice, and mostly college students or young professionals living in the building. Parking garage across the street for another hundred/month. I do have a camera in the living room, and my bedroom. Gym in the building as well as pool table, ping pong room, meeting room, brewery, and Mexican restaurant. Building likes pets, but I don't usually like all the mess so unless its super chill, and no responsibility on my end or mess on ours, then all good. They usually ask a one time fee for em too. I play drums rarely, but also guitar, make beats, sing, produce, and engineer songs. For a living I sell insurance at State Farm. I'm looking for some musical roommate's because I don't need a 3 bedroom apartment to myself, and I'd rather have all this musical equipment get used by people other than myself if they like. Everything else is included with internet, water, electric, etc. -hundred is the total for the first month per room to move in, and -hundred after that.
