ROOMMATE WANTED— AUGUST

Hi!
I’m looking for a roommate to move into my beautiful apartment near Domino Park!

Female-identifying and/or gay applicants only please!

THE BUILDING:
- Doorman during the day
- Fitness room
- Fire pit
- Indoor/outdoor lounge on roof
- 2 elevators
- Very cool people in the building!

THE APARTMENT:
- Price includes utilities and maid 2x/mo
- The apartment is a bathroom
- Your room: ”; one wall of windows; one wall of closet space; comes unfurnished; can fit a queen bed
- Your own personal bathroom with a bathtub
- Your own linens closet in hallway by bathroom
- Your own coat closet by the front door
- Large common space, fully furnished
- Fully furnished kitchen with 2 large shelves for food storage (I can make additional room if needed)
- Pictures of the living room and kitchen show the state of general cleanliness, 5 days after the last clean
- NOT friendly, gotta smoke outside!

ME:
- yo professional
- I have is a docile sweetheart, the other is an absolute menace (there’s no expectation of a roommate helping with them)
- My best friend and roommate is moving out after living together for 7 years. She’s moving in with her partner. I’ll miss her!
- I’m very into fashion and work in the industry
- I like to host parties and soirées quarterly

- Mostly clean and tidy
- Respectful of the space and my privacy
- Good communication: willing to communicate, uphold, and respect boundaries
- Financially reliable (rent must be paid on time)
