We Are listing a single ROOM for rent not the entire house.

We offer Access to our Netflix and can use the living room to watch movies as much as you’d like.

The House is a large home with minimalist living in mind so we prefer people who aren’t hoarders/clutter prone . The Rooms comes with personal Mini Fridge and Microwave.

We have a home Gym and Digital lock system for you to have a safe quiet environment where your privacy is assured.

All amenities outside of the bedrooms is considered shared. (KITCHEN, Gym Room, LIVING ROOM, Bathrooms, Laundry Room) this DOESN’T include the Garage.

We accept 1 person for each the room no pets and no couples in a single room.

This is NOT a party house, this home for people who appreciate clean private living and want to save money.
