I Need a room by July

Description

I’m looking for a room that is preferably a medium to large sized room. I am OK with month-to-month or a longer lease?
(for a place to live)
It can be for a room for rent or cohabiting situation. I can afford $.max utilities included or $. With shared utilities.
*Not to be blunt, but I’m not looking for anything except a platonic relationship with my roommates. I prefer to live with no more than 2 other people. Male or female is fine. But I do prefer to live with women.
I have 2 emotional support kitties 🐈‍⬛
They both grew up with big dogs.
It would be nice if we became sorta friends. If we don’t that’s fine too.
It is very important to me that people respect my stuff and I will respect yours as well. I will pay for toiletries and cleaning supplies. As long as we take turns buying them.
I am a compassionate person, but not a push over.
I clean up after myself and I will help clean around the house. I also have a helper that comes in three days a week that would clean the common areas. She does not stay at the apartment or house.
I am a non-smoker, no drugs, and
a non drinker.

Please don’t be more than a lite social drinker and no drugs.
Except for prescription medication of course.
I am not as spry as someone younger. 🥱
